Alright folks, it's time to finally start. My little bub number 3 is 6 months old and I'm still carrying baby weight from 2009. Not so great news huh? Well, it has to be partially estrogen dominance, lack of exercise (entirely my fault!) and well an overcompensating nutrition (smirk).
Time to get back into my little black dress. I hung it out outside my wardrobe a week ago refusing to try it on. 2 and a half years and 3 babies later, and that black dress almost looked like it was laughing at me. Daunting.
So, it's time to detox.
My detox plan is as follows:
1. Wake up 90 mins before leaving to work.
2. Upon waking - Drink juice of half a lemon mixed in water
- 1g Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)
3. Light Weight Training for 20mins (yoga makes me sleepy in the mornings, so I'll keep it for nights)
4. Breakfast - 1 cup of organic hot green tea +/- juice of half a lemon
- 2 capsules of probiotics (I take Progutt : as it has local cultures and a bunch of boring scientific papers saying it helps - which I also admit to reading *geek)
I have also started the HCG diet... in conjunction with the Detox. I will keep my progress updated.
Started at 73 kg. Post baby number 3 and still 15kg heavier than before. Need to lose it before my birthday in October. Day 1: 73kg. Day 2: 72.8kg. Today is Day 3: 71.8kg. Progressing well, with no cheats. I'm very happy... I certainly hope this works well.
